Homestead High School – GSS (Guidance and Support Services) Building

The Fremont Union High School District is pleased to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for preliminary and construction services for the Homestead High School – GSS Building Project pursuant to a Lease-Leaseback structure (Education Code Section 17406). 

Only members of the District’s Pool of approved Lease-Leaseback contractors are able to respond to this RFP.  If you have any questions about the Pool, please contact Aram Darmanian at  

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Response Meeting on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Homestead High School, 21370 Homestead Road, Cupertino, CA  95014.
